Lots of people are keen to knock social media but there are some huge benefits and a really supportive well run Facebook group is definitely one. I belong to a specialist closed group on Negative Painting - these are my "likes" for a painting which I was uncertain about - they and the wonderfully positive comments made me feel terrific.
